I’m a Truck driver and I keep my dogs raw food in my Hooked cooler. i have had Yeti, RTIC and others and none have them have kept his food cooled for the week without adding ice every day. Now with your cooler I only buy one bag of ice a week and his food stays frozen until Wednesday night but is super cold for the last two days I’m on the road. Once I save up I will buy another for my self and my food. Right now the dog is more important. Thanks for making a great product. The latch itself is a well made product. I ordered on a whim thinking its the closet one to match my cooler. It won't work . All good but its to short.. I can't seem to find the one I need so I took a chance

Awesome cooler. Really like it. Holds ice very well considering it's mid 90s with heat index of 110+ hear in Florida. It's holding ice for almost 4 days

We have used it a couple times now and love it. So far we have used it to travel for baseball tournaments that are 5 to 6 day events and it stays cold the whole time. We pre chill it the night before so it’s ready to go.
Order new wheels and received within a week, no hassles no problems new ones fit like a champ.

Got the 115. Love the cooler. Great color and functionality. Customer service is terrible. When ordered cooler decided to get two dividers since spending that kind a money. Received cooler and only 1 divider. Have sent numerous emails about it as well as order number where they responded to mistake and still haven’t got it. Thought be solid company since veteran owned but not in this case. Found them on facebook when first ordered cooler then disappeared for month and Fouth July sale comes along showing back up. Wanted to share so if order something extra better record opening box to have proof if they’ll even respond to you. Better not hold your breath. Anyway had to tell my review. We absolutely love these coolers! This was a second purchase for our family, we also own the 75 size. They keep food and drinks ice cold and the cup holders on top are such a nice addition. Sturdy handle holds up well and the drain plug makes for easy cleanup!
Drain plug arrived as stated in the order.
Have used for a week steadily and am amazed at ice retention. The best I've seen and experienced from all brands. Strongly recommend purchasing a Hooked cooler.
