Absolutely love this cooler. It arrived earlier than expected. Keeps items cold for a long time. Very well made and sturdy. Highly recommend.

I have two coolers and both work excellent.
Latches are as expected, but they are not special. $30 dollars for 2 $5 latches is pricey. Shipping was slowww. Don’t be in a hurry. Also my wheels are coming apart and they don’t seem to sell replacements. Hard to recommend the cooler.
Eating for at least two years for needs to get pink in stock and be able to pull the trigger. I love these coolers they are def top tier, I am not jus saying it. I am telling you because this is our 2nd one so far! Keep up the great work and product!

I did not like that Hooked coolers does give you a warming when ordering a “limited edition” they would be a delay and you would not receive product 2-3 days as guaranteed. After Multiple times of asking why i had not received my cooler, I was told it was a manufacture problem which was a lie. I even bluntly asked if i did not receive my product because I Was making payments and was told no. I disliked I did not receive my products till after my payments were completed. Very disappinted in how such a local company handles themselves. Take a look at this timeline of my screenshots shared. My last payment 8/25. Received cooler 8/26.
Store owner replied: We are sorry to hear about this experience. We try our best to keep up with demand but unfortunately had some supply chain issues and that caused a few week delay for some customers. This isn't normal for us and please do let us know if we can make things better for the next time. Again, we are sorry for the issue we had here with the slight delay.
Awesome additions
Used blocks of ice and frozen water bottles...3 days of 100+ and the ice is still frozen!! Awesome cooler! Also got the divider and the basket... great value and extremely useful!

Too small for the Hooked 25 . It will not stay sitting on the lip in the cooler.

It took to long to come in
Took 3 weeks to receive my order i had to keep emailing to hooked cooler for updates They created a shipping label that wsa sitting there for a week

I’m a Truck driver and I keep my dogs raw food in my Hooked cooler. i have had Yeti, RTIC and others and none have them have kept his food cooled for the week without adding ice every day. Now with your cooler I only buy one bag of ice a week and his food stays frozen until Wednesday night but is super cold for the last two days I’m on the road. Once I save up I will buy another for my self and my food. Right now the dog is more important. Thanks for making a great product. Happy to support Vets like myself… and my service puppy is happy too. Mike

The latch itself is a well made product. I ordered on a whim thinking its the closet one to match my cooler. It won't work . All good but its to short.. I can't seem to find the one I need so I took a chance
Fits they way it should and now I can keep what i want dry and away from being crushed.

Awesome cooler. Really like it. Holds ice very well considering it's mid 90s with heat index of 110+ hear in Florida. It's holding ice for almost 4 days
